- Please mount on a board measuring no more than 7 centimeters in thickness or present in a frame (glass is not permitted).
- The following information must appear on the back of the work: applicable division, title of the work, name of applicant, and arrows indicating how the work should be viewed (top and bottom).
- No restrictions apply with respect to the number of pages or sheets constituting a work. Make sure to attach instructions concerning layout.
- Sample image
- Please submit a printout of the work fitting on A4 size paper [297mm×210mm] and disk media including graphics data of a work that has had its data capacity reduced.
- The acceptable data format will be JPEG, BMP, or TIFF. The data capacity of the sample image should be 1MB to 2MB and the size of graphics should be greater than 640×480 pixel.
