2009 [13th] Japan Media Arts Festival Screening Information

Award-winning Film Works

The Japan Media Art Festival has another aspect as a film festival. The Festival features visual works in various genres including theater animations, short animations, art images, music videos, VFX, and CMs. Also outstanding screening programs from other international festivals are available, including The Annecy International Animation Film Festival and SIGGRAPH.

Media Art in the World [Screening and Presentation]

Introducing activities of international festivals and museums in media arts fields. There will be presentations by festival directors and curators and screenings of outstanding works.

Details and schedule of the Festival

The Exhibition and presentations will be held at the exhibition hall on the 2nd Floor, and Symposia and Screenings will be held at the Auditorium on the 3rd floor. Please check the Festival Guide for more information.

* Tickets will be handed out in order of arrival in the reception area of the Auditorium on the 3rd floor at 10:00 p.m. on the day the symposium and screening are scheduled
